preparation guide
- The day before examination, please take a light lunch (e.g. soup or gruel etc)
- After lunch restrict your diet to liquids (e.g. non-carbonated soft drink, water, honey water,
sports beverages)
- Please do not eat or drink after midnight unless instructed otherwise
- Abstain from smoking cigarettes or drinking alcohol or beverages on the day of examination.
- Instructions for colonoscopy will be provided separately.
- This examination is not recommended during pregnancy or menstrual periods.
- In consultation with your attending physician, abstain from taking any anticoagulants such as coumadin or aspirin one week prior to the examination
- Stool sample in a bottle (1/3 filled), health-related questionnaire (completed)

Special notice
- NCC recommends you to receive an immediate treatment if colonic polyps are detected during colonoscopic examination since they can progress into cancer.
- When colonic polyps are excised during the process, expenses will be added in accordance with the number
of excised polyps.
- NCC Medical Examination is 100% non-reimbursement. Health insurance and personal insurance are not applicable and there is no detailed statement.
